This building, designed by the architect Mariano Estanga in 1909, is a clear example of the eclectic architecture of the early 20th century. It has interesting modernist elements, such as the wrought iron side balconies enclosed by glass, together with some historicist elements, such as the French palatial style turret covered with slate sheets, and its interior distributed around a large central patio.

It currently houses the Casino of La Laguna.
