San Cristóbal de La Laguna has several offices and a tourist information point, a central one, located in the Edificio Alvarado Bracamonte-Casa de los Capitanes Generales with the support of a tourist information point in the Exconvento de Santo Domingo, which is specifically responsible for attending to visitors who wish to get to know and visit the Historical Centre, another located on the coast, the Punta del Hidalgo Tourist Information Office, and finally a tourist information point in Bajamar. There is also an office of the Tenerife Tourist Board at Los Rodeos Airport.
