The Cruz del Carmen Visitor Centre is located in the Anaga Rural Park. It provides all the necessary information about the park and the routes that can be taken from the numerous existing trails. The centre shows an audiovisual presentation and has a permanent exhibition about the park.

- Summer hours (July, August, September) Monday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Christmas opening hours (from 22 December to 10 January): Monday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
